When Moving Circle quotes for a ‘managed move’ service, that means everything is included; we only have one standard of service, AMAZING.

If we have taken it apart, we will reassemble it; we will plumb in your washing machine; we will move EVERYTHING you have told us about on your survey; we will use furniture covers & floor protection; We always deliver our service with a smile and provide free packing materials.

This includes the understanding that every job we do reflects our own standards. You will receive exemplary service.

FREE Packing materials

We know what’s best

If you’re self-packing, we will provide you with a comprehensive array of materials free of charge. This will include quality double-walled removal boxes, packing paper for your kitchen, bubble wrap for pictures and paintings, and packing tape. Wardrobe boxes will be provided on the day of your move.

That’s not all, it will all be delivered to you free after you have paid your move deposit.

Furniture Protection

Covers and blankets

We use padded fabric furniture covers for items such as sofas and armchairs. We will remove sofa feet as standard during the move process to avoid unnecessary scrapes on walls and door frames.

Floor Protection

Your new home is safe in our hands

We use floor runners and temporary floor covering (used by builders – adhesive rolls).

The runners will cover flat areas of your floor, including carpets, hardwood flooring, and tiles. The adhesive rolls will cover stairs and entrance halls.

All weather considered

It’s not always sunny on moving day. Our teams are equipped to handle all types of weather conditions, including rain, sleet, and snow. Rest assured, the weather conditions on your move day won’t affect the quality of service we provide.

The Competition – What competition?

Gold, Silver Or Bronze? We don’t think so.

No, we don’t get it either. Some removal companies operate a tiered level of service dependent upon the price quoted. We don’t believe this is the right way to work; our service standards are high and consistent across all work we complete, and we fully utilise all of our equipment and services to ensure you, our client, receives the best possible service every time.

Booking a managed move with Moving Circle means you can switch off and forget about the hard part, actually moving house! Sit back and relax; your moving obligations have now been passed to Moving Circle, We will ensure you are vacated from the departing property on time and in good order.

What’s more, if you make date changes, you’re covered. We know exactly how often this happens, and our experienced surveyors often second-guess a date proposed by a solicitor using their experience and knowledge of complicated chains and tricky moves.

You’re not just booking a removals company; you’re booking a moving partner there to support and guide you through every part of the process.

Insurance

You’re covered

£10,000 as standard, more if required. In general, £10,000 is more than enough insurance for a residential removal. When we consider insurance, we must consider two parts: total loss and individual item damage.

Total Loss

Total loss insurance refers to all of your items being destroyed in the case of a vehicle fire/accident (this is very unlikely).

Individual Damage

More commonly, your item may be accidentally damaged during the removal process.

Our surveyor will always ask at the beginning of your survey if you have any particularly valuable items to move, commonly items exceeding £1000. This is to ensure you have the correct amount of insurance to fulfil your needs. We provide £10,000 of GIT insurance free of charge.
